-Being the person who makes the decisions for your business
-Setting your own schedule and goals for the company (don't get hung up on the number of hours you work)
-Being in charge of hiring and firing your employees
-Keeping an eye on your overhead costs, so that you know how much money you need to make each month in order to keep operating
-Making sure everyone who works for you understands what they're doing and why they're doing it
